Having a night out can be great until the next morning when you are stuck with all of the nasty effects of a hangover. One of the most important parts when dealing with a hangover is knowing exactly what you should eat. While no food is a magic cure there are certain foods that can be extremely helpful. These include:

1. Fish or chicken

Both fish and chicken are excellent options because of the high amount of protein and fat. This particular food can also be great before you go out drinking as it will help keep your blood sugar levels steady.

2. Coconut Water

Hydration is extremely important when you are drinking alcohol. What makes coconut water a particularly great drink is that it has high levels of electrolytes. This is great if you want to ensure that you don’t end up completely dehydrated by the end of the night.

3. Hummus

Having some bread or crackers with hummus can be a delicious way of getting both fiber and protein. Protein is particularly important as it can help you feel better after a hangover and it can even reduce the extent to which you might be feeling your headache.
