In order to understand this hack a bit better all you need to remember is that stuffy noses are mainly the result of the nasal tissue lining becoming swollen because of inflammation. This will then lead to discharge and as some of the mucus runs down the throat you might also find yourself having a cough or a sore throat.
To alleviate all of this you will need to try giving yourself a facial massage. This includes placing two fingers from your right hand to the left side of your nose and pressing it towards the right. You can then use your thumb to put pressure on your left cheek. You will want to focus on the area left and up of your nose. Hold your thumb in that position for 15 seconds and then breathe deeply. You should repeat this process on both sides to completely open up your nose again.
