Hit-And-Run Death by Illegal Deported 6-Times

There are some things in life that are so egregious, that it defies logic and perhaps even more important “morality.” This is actually at the core of this sad tale, in which a known illegal alien deported 6-times, snuck back into the country, got behind the wheel of an auto and mowed down a pedestrian attempting to walk through an intersection and then quickly fled the scene.

Juan Sanchez, an illegal alien from Mexico living openly in Denver, a proclaimed sanctuary city plowed into Annette Conquering Bear, as the Colorado woman was attempting to cross an intersection on December 17th.

The SUV driven by Sanchez stuck Bear and then simply drove away leaving the woman to die on the cold hard pavement, without lending any assistance, according to the Denver Police Department. A witness to the accident flagged down a nearby ambulance, but Conquering Bear was pronounced dead at the scene.

Thankfully local law enforcement was able to track down the vehicle, thanks in part to surveillance video at the intersection and the description by eyewitnesses, describing the vehicle as a white GMC Sierra crew cab truck and its driver, listed as Juan Sanchez, the 39-year old suspect fleeing the scene of the accident.

Sanchez has been charged with vehicular homicide and fleeing the scene of an accident. Officials set his bond at $500,000.

ICE agents reveal Sanchez carries an extensive list of immigration violations that spans nearly two decades. Not only is he living in the U.S. illegally, but he has been deported from the country a total of six times: once in 2012, three times in 2008, and twice in 2002. It’s not immediately clear how Sanchez was able to make so many unauthorized re-entries into the U.S., which is a felony under federal law.

This tragedy is compounded somewhere in America every single day within a self-described and “illegal” sanctuary city or state by either a mayor or governor willfully breaking federal immigration laws on behalf of illegal aliens at the expense of voters perhaps even like Annette Conquering Bear, who may have saved her own life by voting these political misfits out of office.

To make matters even worse for Denver residents, if that’s possible, officials are sticking to their sanctuary policy, refusing to cooperate with ICE agents.

Therefore, if Sanchez is somehow able to make bond and is released back into the community he could pose an added danger to the community, regarding his attempt to perhaps escape justice at flee back to Mexico, once local law enforcement releases him without notification to ICE agents, who would detain him until his trial date, assuring that he pay for his crime.

Noting the severity of his crime, ICE agents made a formal request asking Denver officials to allow for a coordinated transfer between federal immigration law enforcement and state officials if Sanchez somehow did make bond.

As predicated ICE agents were greeted with the following response:

“Pursuant to the Public Safety Enforcement Priorities Act, when the Denver Sheriff Department receives a request for notification from ICE the inmate is advised of their rights upon receipt and prior to release. We fax Ice notification of release when the individual enters into the release process. It is the responsibility of ICE to take the individual into custody. We do not do any secure handoff and do not participate in the transfer unless an incident would occur that would threaten the safety of the community.”

Apparently Denver officials don’t consider a hit and run vehicular homicide suspect deported 6-times back to Mexico, released from custody a threat to the community unless you’re Annette Conquering Bear.
