Dismembered Body of Italian Porn Star Found in Suitcases!

A well-known Italian porn star was found murdered and hacked to pieces with her body parts found in a suitcase!

The stunningly beautiful Carol Maltesi, 26, who worked under the stage name Charlotte Angie, was killed with a hammer, and then her body was dismembered and stuffed into a suitcase. Her murderer was her friend and neighbor, Davide Fontana, 43.

Although she was murdered back in the beginning of the year, a missing person’s report was not filed until the middle of March after she failed to turn up at a lap-dancing club earlier that month, according to the Telegraph. Her dismembered body was discovered about 2-weeks later.

Her face, burned and intentionally mutilated, she could be identified only by her multiple distinctive tattoos, including one that read “wanderlust,” according to reports.

According to investigators, Fontana, after killing her with blows from a hammer, slit her throat to the point of near decapitation and dismembered the body of the adult-film performer. Initially, he stored her body parts in his freezer. According to local news reports, Fontana then put up a bizarre ruse to make it appear as if she was still alive, including paying her rent and replying to her phone text messages.

However, when he learned that authorities were hunting for her, he allegedly took her remains from the freezer, bundled them into multiple bags, and then stacked the bags into a suitcase, finally tossing them off a mountain road near Brescia, a province in Lombardy about two hours outside Milan.

The suitcase was reported to police when it was spotted with a hand with glitter nail polish sticking out of it. Police could not immediately identify the body but released information about the tattoos on the body parts, which the killer had foolishly left intact.

Andrea Tortelli, a local journalist, received an anonymous tip from someone who recognized the tattoos as the same as a model on the adult site “OnlyFans, who went by the name of “Charlotte Angie.” After some detective work, Tortelli came to find out that Angie’s real name was, Carol Maltesi. He did not go to the police yet, however, until he was sure.

He contacted several associates of Maltesi, who gave him additional photos of her and informed him that the woman had a young son who was reportedly living with a male relative.

Tortelli said he tried to reach Maltesi via WhatsApp and received a reply. However, he didn’t know that it was Fontana who was actually replying using her phone, pretending to be the porn star.

“A number of people have told me about that girl,” Fontana wrote back, pretending to be the dead woman. “Fortunately, I am fine.”

But, Tortelli’s journalistic instincts were not buying it.

“I thought to myself, ‘what are the odds that all this coincides — the physical description and that this woman has eight of the same tattoos, and not be the dead girl.”

He continued to tell the press relating his story, “I thought the only person who would reply pretending to be a dead woman is the person who killed her. So basically, there is an assassin on the loose. I decided to take all my information to the Carabinieri,” referring to the national paramilitary police,” Tortelli said.

Finally, investigators arrested the Milan-based employee after discovering contradictions in his statement. “This man, friend, and neighbor of the victim presented himself to the Carabinieri to provide information about the missing woman, offering circumstances that immediately proved to be contradicted by the investigators,” authorities said.

Fontana confessed to killing her and offered graphic details of how he did it while in police custody.

“I started hitting her with a hammer all over her body, not hard.” Apparently, they were playing a sex game of erotic asphyxia, and Maltesi had a bag on her head.

“I don’t know what happened. She was moving with her head, and I kept hitting her, but I don’t know where because she had the bag on her head. At this point, realizing what I had done, I took off the hood, and I think she was dead. I realized that I had caused her many wounds from which she was losing a lot of blood. ” Fontana said during his interrogation.

“I don’t know what happened to me. I think she was already dead, but not knowing what else to do with her, I cut her throat with a kitchen knife. It seemed to me that it was an act of pity, I saw that she was suffering, and I ended her pains by cutting her throat.”

He also explained that he dismembered her body in three days as a way to prevent her from being identified. He had tried to set her on fire and eventually abandoned her mutilated body in the mountains of Brescia.

“I told you all this because I wanted to take off this burden and tell the truth.”

According to Fontana’s account, the brutal murder took place on January 10 or 11 in the morning.
